About Us

Perritt Laboratories is a cGMP, ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory providing child-resistant package testing and microbiological testing services.

Since 1973, we’ve tested thousands of different packaging systems for child-resistance and senior-use effectiveness in accordance with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (16 CFR, Part 1700), and the International/European standards (ISO 8317 & ISO 14375).

We also specialize in microbiological testing for the pharmaceutical and consumer product industries. Our testing evaluates preservative efficacy, detects product contamination, and monitors controlled environments as well as purified water systems.
