Perritt Laboratories is located in an award winning state-of-the-art facility in central New Jersey. The facility is in a 1930’s era post office with a unique lobby. The post office building has been modernized to accommodate the laboratory and support spaces while still retaining its charm and elegance of the time period.
The laboratory is divided into clean areas for testing samples from raw materials to finished products and into live culture areas to prevent cross contamination (see USP <1117> Microbiological Best Laboratory Practices). All controlled temperature units are monitored 24/7 with off-hour notification. All laboratory equipment has been qualified and is calibrated and maintained according to cGMP requirements.
